7 tips to fight the deadly feeling of boredom 3-8-13

This article is going in chronological order. The tone of this passage is kind of relaxed because he is trying to help people out by giving them tips. This article is explaining that there are 7 ways that you can change boredom into something not boring. It is also saying that when you are bored you could look for a way to feel grateful, like for example: When you are waiting in a slow line think, “Maybe the line at the other place is going slower.” that will make you feel better and you won’t be thinking about being bored. Putting the word “meditation” behind everything that makes you bored means that you say,for example: “Waiting mediation.” and it makes you feel a little more relaxed and less bored. Take the perspective of a journalist and study everything around you and it will take all of your thought process away from being bored. Find an area of refuge and just go somewhere mentally that will help you not think about that long list of groceries. What this means for me is that when I am so bored that I don’t even want to read than I should probably use some of these tips to help me not be bored. This means for the world that people should also use these helpful tips.
